Return and refund policy

Every yard of fabric and every kit at Secret Stitch Co. is cut to order, just for you. Because of that, cut fabric and fabric kits are final sale. If something isn't right with your order, please tell us. We want to make it right.

Something wrong with your order? Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, flawed, cut short, or not what you ordered, email us at customerservice@secretstitch.co within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We'll replace it, refund it, or send what's missing, and we'll cover any shipping. Please don't wash or cut fabric you think has a flaw until you've heard from us.

Precuts and notions Manufacturer precuts (charm packs, layer cakes, jelly rolls, fat quarter bundles) and notions can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in the original packaging, with labels and ribbons intact.

Final sale Cut yardage, fat quarters and fat eighths cut from the bolt, fabric kits, patterns, gift cards and digital downloads. Most pattern designers ask that their patterns be final sale, and we respect that.

How to start a return Email customerservice@secretstitch.co before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions. Items sent back without approval can't be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is because of our mistake. Original shipping isn't refundable.

Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to post it.
