Float by Rashida Coleman Hale for Ruby Star Society is a sweet, sleepy daydream spent looking up at the sky. Little critters drift by, otters bob along and bubbles float past in parchment, starfruit yellow, posy pink, macaron lilac and parachute blue. A ready-made patchwork of gingham, stripes, plaids and dots in big blocks, so it looks pieced without a single seam. The pattern repeats every 24 inches.
